How fast is shipping and fulfillment?
Ba'Zhané handles your products with the best care possible. Since all of our products are made by hand with the most natural ingredients, you should allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Backorders may occur which can also delay orders. Our main goal is to always ship out as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and for shopping with Ba'Zhané!
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive your tracking information through the email you provided during checkout. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. We ship through USPS.
Butter Shipment
I received my butters melted! What now?
Your butters are still very much useable and the benefits are still the same. Should you receive your butter melted, stick it back in the fridge or freezer to help it solidify and use as usual. We offer insulated shipping for an extra fee. Therefore, refunds and replacements are not applicable.
